<br />WASD Pump Stations Upgrades (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez was direct point of contact for a WASD pump station
<br />electrical upgrades of over 20 stations in Miami. The upgrade design
<br />requirements spanned from specific voltage requests, phasing
<br />upgrade, relocations among other. Each unique project presented
<br />challenges from the governing municipalities, required coordination
<br />with other utilities, and sometimes redundancy power for disruptions
<br />and scheduled outages.

<br />Alexander Orr Water Treatment (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez led a team that performed a transient analysis to the South
<br />Florida plant by installing recorders to capture the transient occurrences
<br />that were reported. The intricate findings, which lasted several weeks,
<br />was resolved after several conversations led by Mr. Estevez, that traced
<br />the faults coming from two feeders in the same bus at the utility
<br />substation.

<br />Miami Lakes Town Center (Miami Lakes, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez oversaw a multi-phase project in Main St, Miami Lakes, in
<br />conjunction with The Graham Companies, that was divided into 4
<br />separate folios, spread over 1,000,000 Sq.Ft, and accounted for 8 total
<br />buildings inclusive of retail, office, and residential buildings. The
<br />timeline, strict ordinances, and construction environment created
<br />complex project management conditions that were successfully
<br />overcame with clear communication and prompt decision making.

<br />Mt. Sinai Hospital (Miami Beach, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez led an imminent power quality investigation with a team of
<br />specialized individuals, such as chief electricians, control center
<br />dispatchers, dedicated switchmen, account manager, among others, to
<br />quickly understand the cause of voltage sags that were occurring at the
<br />hospital. Being such a delicate case, the investigation was done
<br />overnight to minimize impact, and a resolution was swiftly implemented
<br />to avoid any unprecedented equipment failure conditions.

<br />Blue Lagoon Residences (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez was lead engineer in charge of designing and managing
<br />full electrical implementation to project that included two 8-story
<br />buildings, one 2-story club house, and two 3-story garage. This
<br />multifamily project was over 400,000 Sq. Ft, has over 270 living units,
<br />and required over 2000KVA.

<br />Flagler Global Logistics Countyline (Hialeah, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez was in charge of all electrical infrastructure discussions to a corporate park that included
<br />8 load-heavy commercial warehouses on Phase 1 of a multi-year plan. Discussions and coordination
<br />were needed in order to add a substation in the area. Initial electrical load for Phase 1 surpassed
<br />13,000KVA and 50,000KVA were projected within 10 years. The construction site, located north of
<br />NW 154th St and east of NW 107th Ave, has a total area of over 20,000,000 Sq.Ft.

<br />Aventura Mall Outage (Aventura, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez, during a tenure on the field operation side, responded to a high -profile outage directing
<br />a team of union employees to respond and immediately repair equipment failure. SCADA logs and
<br />record engineering drawings were carefully analyzed to understand the risk points and provide
<br />redundancy recommendations for future instances. As the responding supervisor, Mr. Estevez for
<br />quick response plan of action. All affected stakeholders were maintained updated, including media,
<br />during the event.

<br />Hard Rock Stadium Operations (Miami Gardens, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez was appointed operations point of contact between the engineering department at Hard
<br />Rock Stadium and electrical utility. Over the course of 3 years with events such as NFL/ NCAA
<br />televised games (including the 2020 Superbowl), Miami Tennis Open, and the highly anticipated debut
<br />of F1 in 2022, Mr. Estevez assumed role to coordinate electrical certainty at all times. Constant
<br />deliberations prior to these events with follow-up recommendations resulted in reliable electrical
<br />service. With millions of dollars in revenue at stake electrical certainty is overshadowed but extremely
<br />important. In 2013 there was a blackout in Mercedes-Benz Superdome, in New Orleans, during the
<br />2013 Superbowl for 34 minutes that caused rippling effects to the industry. Prestigious televised events
<br />have a large audience and Mr. Estevez and his team valued the responsibility given during his tenure
<br />as direct point of contact. Communication, technical deliberation, and timely decisions are a pillars to
<br />the role and were clearly demonstrated.
