Each <br />assignment is evaluated independently to determine the appropriat e <br />technical disciplines, staffing, schedule, and quality control <br />requirements. This flexible methodology enables us to provide <br />responsive, cost-effective, and technically sound solutions while <br />maintaining continuous communication with the City's Project Ma nager. <br /> <br /> <br />4.2 Project Organization <br />The proposed project team is structured to provide consistent project <br />leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and responsive support <br />throughout each Task Order. Conemco’s staffing depth allows <br />resources to be scaled according to the scope, complexity, schedule, <br />and specific requirements of each assignment, while maintaining <br />continuity of project management and communication with the city . <br /> <br />Technical personnel will be assigned based on the services required for <br />each Task Order, including Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, <br />Surveying & Mapping, and Construction Engineering and Inspection <br />(CEI).
