<br />CTS Engineering, Inc. (CTS) is seeking qualification in three complementary disciplines: General
<br />Civil Engineering; Surveying and Mapping; and Transportation / Transit / Traffic Engineering. CTS’s
<br />qualifications are demonstrated by its performance on continuing-services contracts, multidisciplinary
<br />infrastructure assignments, and individual task work orders for FDOT, Broward County, Miami-Dade
<br />County, Broward County Transit, municipalities, and regional transportation agencies. For each City
<br />assignment, CTS will prepare a task-specific scope, staffing plan, fee, and schedule reflecting the required
<br />technical disciplines, deliverables, City review periods, regulatory approvals, and desired completion
<br />date. The following sections provide an item-by-item explanation of how CTS meets or exceeds the
<br />City’s requirements, supported by relevant team and project experience.
<br />Qualifications and Proposed Service Schedule
<br />Civil Engineering
<br />CTS meets or exceeds the City’s General Civil Engineering requirements through an integrated team
<br />experienced in roadway and drainage improvements, stormwater systems, utilities, pump stations,
<br />surveying, permitting, cost estimating, bidding, construction administration, and public-agency support.
<br />The team includes roadway, drainage, structural, survey, SUE, utility coordination, GIS, estimating,
<br />constructability, and QA/QC professionals, supplemented by CHA Consulting for water, wastewater, and
<br />pump station services and Geosol for geotechnical engineering.
<br />Specific qualifications and experience include:
<br />• Golden Glades Truck Travel Center, FDOT District 6: CTS provided project management
<br />for development of a 15-acre truck parking and support facility within the Golden Glades
<br />Interchange. The project includes a minimum of 135 truck parking spaces, site development,
<br />drainage, lighting, restrooms, water and sewer improvements, landscaping, security features,
