<br />• Continuing Services Minor Project Design Contract, FDOT District 4: CTS serves as
<br />Project Manager and Engineer of Record on task-based assignments involving RRR projects,
<br />safety improvements, bridge rehabilitation, off-system mobility improvements, construction
<br />documents, calculations, cost estimates, technical reviews, and staff augmentation.

<br />• Continuing Services for Roadway and Traffic, Broward County: CTS is currently supporting
<br />Broward County Highway Construction and Engineering Division with intersection improvements,

<br />as-needed continuing-services framework.

<br />• SR 5/SW 2nd Avenue and Street Safety and RRR, FDOT District 6: CTS personnel managed
<br />roadway rehabilitation and safety improvements involving lane reconfiguration, minor widening,
<br />milling and resurfacing, drainage improvements, ADA curb ramps and sidewalks, bus stop
<br />upgrades, signalization, and enhanced signing and pavement markings.
<br /> »This project is particularly relevant to the City’s need for coordinated roadway, drainage,
<br />accessibility, and traffic improvements in a constrained urban environment.
<br />The civil engineering team includes personnel with substantial public-sector qualifications. Brent Lee
<br />Shue Ling, PE, has 20 years of experience, including more than a decade with FDOT District 4 in roadway
<br />design, consultant project management, pavement design, Complete Streets, widening, reconstruction,
<br />safety, and Design-Build projects. Michael Melendez, PE, has 27 years of experience in civil infrastructure,
<br />stormwater, transit facilities, construction management, asset management, ADA compliance, and
<br />municipal operations. MarQuellus Bennett, PE, brings 16 years of drainage and stormwater experience,
<br />while Tina Borello, PE, provides 16 years of drainage and environmental permitting experience. The
<br />team also includes experienced structural, roadway, utility, surveying, SUE, cost-estimating, and
<br />constructability professionals.
