He <br />brings 17 years of highway engineering experience across <br />3R/RRR, rural and urban roadway design, reconstruction, <br />safety, limited access, bridge replacement/rehabilitation, <br />and PD&E projects. He has served as Project Manager, <br />Roadway Engineer of Record, and TTCP Engineer <br />of Record on FDOT assignments involving complex <br />phasing, detours, widening, resurfacing, pedestrian/ <br />bicycle accommodations, and utility coordination. He brings 16 years of <br />engineering experience, including prior FDOT District 4 <br />drainage and environmental permitting experience on RRR, <br />widening, reconstruction, and Design-Build projects.
