<br />Tyler Wallum, PE, will serve as Temporary Traffic Control Lead,
<br />supporting the City with TTCP/MOT design, construction
<br />phasing, roadway geometrics, safety improvements, and
<br />constructability-focused traffic control strategies. He
<br />brings 17 years of highway engineering experience across
<br />3R/RRR, rural and urban roadway design, reconstruction,
<br />safety, limited access, bridge replacement/rehabilitation,
<br />and PD&E projects. He has served as Project Manager,
<br />Roadway Engineer of Record, and TTCP Engineer
<br />of Record on FDOT assignments involving complex
<br />phasing, detours, widening, resurfacing, pedestrian/
<br />bicycle accommodations, and utility coordination. Tyler’s
<br />advanced MOT background will help CTS develop practical
<br />work-zone solutions that maintain access, protect road
<br />users, and support efficient construction for Sunny Isles.

<br />MarQuellus Bennett, MBA, PE, will serve as Drainage /
<br />Stormwater Lead, supporting Sunny Isles with roadway
<br />drainage, stormwater design, hydrologic and hydraulic
<br />analysis, permitting, 3D modeling, drainage reports,
<br />and water quality calculations. He brings 16 years of
<br />engineering experience, including prior FDOT District 4
<br />drainage and environmental permitting experience on RRR,
<br />widening, reconstruction, and Design-Build projects. His
<br />background includes storm sewer design, swale and ditch
<br />analysis, stormwater modeling, environmental permitting,
<br />drainage connection permit reviews, and coordination
<br />with water management districts and regulatory agencies.
<br />MarQuellus’s drainage and roadway design experience
<br />will help CTS deliver practical, permit-ready stormwater
<br />solutions for the City roadway assignments.
