<br />Christina “Tina” Borello, PE, will support the City with
<br />permitting, drainage design, agency coordination,
<br />hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater
<br />documentation, and drainage-related QA/QC. She brings
<br />16 years of engineering experience, including seven
<br />years with FDOT, where she worked on drainage and
<br />environmental permitting for RRR, widening, reconstruction,
<br />and Design-Build projects. Her permitting experience
<br />includes preparing and reviewing environmental permit
<br />applications with SFWMD, SJRWMD, USACE, U.S. Coast
<br />Guard, and local water control districts. As FDOT’s Interim
<br />District Environmental Permits Engineer, Tina coordinated
<br />interagency meetings and served as a liaison between
<br />FDOT and regulatory agencies, giving CTS practical
<br />permitting insight for City assignments.

<br />Michael Melendez, PE, will support the City with
<br />cost estimating, constructability review, site/civil
<br />design integration, ADA compliance, permitting, and
<br />construction-phase insight. He brings 27 years of
<br />engineering experience as a Project Manager, Engineer of
<br />Record, and construction project manager for roadway,
<br />transit, drainage, vertical/site development, and public
<br />infrastructure assignments. His background includes cost
<br />estimates, schedule and budget management, utility
<br />and permitting coordination, RFI review, and resolution
<br />of unforeseen field conditions. Mike’s public-agency
<br />and construction-management experience will help CTS
<br />provide practical cost and constructability input for
<br />Sunny Isles roadway assignments.
