<br />Lis R. Tolstoy, PSM, will serve as Survey and Mapping Lead,
<br />supporting the City with survey planning, topographic
<br />and DTM surveys, right-of-way support, control, LiDAR,
<br />utility survey coordination, GIS data collection, and survey
<br />QA/QC. She brings 31 years of surveying and mapping
<br />experience and serves as Director of CTS’s Geospatial
<br />Team. Lis has managed multiple FDOT continuing services
<br />contracts and more than 200 task work orders involving
<br />design surveys, right-of-way mapping, control surveys,
<br />mobile and terrestrial LiDAR, GPS, monumentation,
<br />bathymetric surveys, Survey123, and Florida Minimum
<br />Technical Standards compliance. Her leadership will help
<br />CTS provide accurate, well-coordinated survey data to
<br />support efficient roadway design for Sunny Isles.

<br />Dennis Stanton will serve as SUE / Utility Lead, supporting
<br />Sunny Isles with utility designation, utility location,
<br />utility mapping, utility coordination, test-hole planning,
<br />and integration of utility data into survey and design
<br />deliverables. He brings 40 years of specialized SUE and
<br />utility-coordination experience and has managed multiple
<br />FDOT districtwide utility contracts. His experience includes
<br />more than 10,000 test holes, more than 1,000,000 linear
<br />feet of utility designation, GIS-based utility deliverables,
<br />Survey123 field data collection, GPR, electromagnetic
<br />designation, vacuum excavation, and certified 3D test-
<br />hole reports. Dennis’s utility experience will help CTS
<br />identify conflicts early, reduce design risk, and support
<br />constructible roadway design solutions for the City.
