<br />Yongqiang Wu, PE, has 26 years of experience in
<br />transportation engineering and planning, with
<br />specialized expertise in travel demand modeling,
<br />project traffic forecasting, operational analysis, data
<br />analytics, demographic analysis, transit and freight
<br />studies, and GIS-based decision-support tools. He has
<br />served as Project Manager, Technical Lead, and senior
<br />reviewer for FDOT Central Office, FDOT Districts, MPOs,
<br />and regional transportation agencies on assignments
<br />involving statewide forecasting guidance, model
<br />development and validation, corridor analyses, and
<br />data-quality assessments. Yongqiang will establish
<br />appropriate methodologies, evaluate existing and future
<br />travel conditions, review model inputs and assumptions,
<br />and translate technical findings into clear, defensible
<br />recommendations for the City.

<br />Hui Zhao, PE, has extensive experience in transportation
<br />planning and traffic engineering, with expertise in traffic
<br />forecasting, travel demand modeling, operational analysis,
<br />interchange access requests, signal timing, and technical
<br />reviews. He has led traffic tasks supporting planning,
<br />PD&E, design, concept development, and IAR assignments
<br />for FDOT and local agencies, with experience developing
<br />and validating regional models, preparing project traffic
<br />projections, and evaluating intersection and corridor
<br />performance. As Traffic Forecasting and Modeling
<br />Lead, he will oversee data development, forecasting
<br />methodologies, model application, operational analysis,
<br />and documentation to ensure the City receives reliable
<br />and defensible results. His combined knowledge allows him
<br />to connect regional forecasts with practical intersection-
<br />level decisions.
