Areas within the project limits <br />experience significant ponding after a rain event due to lack of storage and positive discharge. <br />Additionally, there are several ADA non-compliant sidewalks. <br />The scope includes approximately 140 linear feet of exfiltration trench, catch basins, roadway <br />reconstruction, sidewalk replacement, swale re-grading, and driveway reconstruction.
