The scope includes Horizontal <br />Directional Drilling of HDPE 36” Water Main. 5300 LF and HDD HDPE 12” Force Main. <br />2,600 LF. The scope also includes Tie Ins, Fittings and Road Restoration to connect San <br />Marco to San Marino, San Marino to Di Lido, Di Lido to Rivo Alto, and Bell Isle to Miami <br />Beach. <br />The project consists of setting multiple detours to excavate the road for an entry pit and <br />an exit pit at the receiving end. The contractor installed a wire system to guide the pipe <br />underground around bridge piles, utilities, and dealt with various soil conditions. The new <br />pipe was to become the main line for the water and sewer.
