The scope also included pre-stressed, <br />pre-cast concrete tunnel segments, excavation, coffer dam with steel sheet piles, <br />dewatering, concrete, barrier wall, electrical, lighting, drainage and pumps. <br />The CEI team managed the entire Design-Build project. This included tracking the plan <br />design progress, verifying the plans were reviewed, participating in the plan review for <br />design and constructability concerns.
