<br />roadway widening, curb and gutter,
<br />drainage, median reconstruction, and ADA-

<br />Installed a new precast concrete seawall
<br />at Jefferson Avenue on the Collins Canal,
<br />including rubble riprap, cast-in-place wall
<br />cap, and modifi cations to adjacent seawalls.
<br />Scope also included environmental
<br />compliance (manatee monitoring, grates),
<br />vibration testing, tree and mangrove
<br />removal, utility and irrigation adjustments,
<br />lighting, drainage, sidewalks, curbs, and
<br />resurfacing. Walls were cast on site in a
<br />highly aggressive environment.

<br />of Golden Glades Canal (approx. 4,500 LF)
<br />using a stacked canal bank stabilization
<br />(CBS) system.
<br />Scope included bank excavation, canal
<br />leveling, poured concrete CBS cells, stone
<br />and select material backfi ll, geofabric
<br />installation, turbidity protection, fi ll and sod
<br />placement, and adjustments for fi eld-built
<br />wall due to deeper-than-expected bank.
<br />Work was completed from barges due to
<br />limited workspace.
