(CED) is pleased to submit our <br />qualificationstoprovideContinuingProfessionalArchitecturaland <br />Engineering Consulting Services for the City of Sunny Isles Beach (City). <br />CED respectfully seeks consideration for the disciplines of: <br />• General Civil Engineering <br />• Surveying and Mapping <br />• Environmental and Coastal Engineering <br />• Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) Services <br />Our team also has in-house geotechnical engineers, grant writers and <br />administrators, and extensive experience in construction management <br />and administration. In order to provide the City with the complete team <br />package, we have also included teaming partner GHD Services Inc. for <br />coastal engineering and drilling services. <br />CEDisuniquelyqualifiedtosupporttheCitybecauseweoffer <br />multi-discipline services through one integrated organization. Our <br />team includes civil engineers, environmental engineers, coastal <br />and environmental specialists, surveyors, electrical engineers, <br />CEI professionals, and municipal infrastructure experts who work <br />collaborativelyunderaunifiedprojectmanagementstructure.This <br />approach eliminates unnecessary coordination between multiple <br />consultants,acceleratesprojectdelivery,improvesqualitycontrol,and <br />provides the City with a single point of accountability for every task <br />authorization.ThiscontractwillbemanagedfromourlocalMiami, <br />located at 7400 Corporate Center Dr, Ste C, Miami, FL 33126.
