<br />For this contract, Bryant Facey, PE,willserveasProjectManagerandprimarypointofcontactfor
<br />the City. With more than two decades of experience delivering municipal infrastructure and capital
<br />improvementprojects, Bryant has successfully led hundreds of multidisciplinary assignments
<br />involving engineering, planning, permitting, design, construction administration, and stakeholder
<br />coordination.Bryantexcelsatprojectdeliveryactivitiesfromprojectinceptionthroughcompletion.He
<br />will remain involved in the day-to-day operations, as needed, and will be directly responsible to the City for
<br />ourperformanceonalltaskassignments.SupportedbyCED’sextensiveFloridatechnicalstaffandnational
<br />resources, he will ensure that every assignment receives the attention, responsiveness, and technical
<br />expertise necessary for success.
