Current and Projected Workload <br />Our leadership team manages weekly utilization <br />meetingswithallkeystaffforthepurposeofevaluating <br />dailyworkloadprojectionsfortheweekahead.Following <br />this meeting is our southeast based operations meeting <br />discussing the same item and uses this as a gauge for <br />fillinggapswherestaffisneeded.Havingtheseweekly <br />operationsmeetingsprovidesprojectmanagerswith <br />theabilitytoforecastprojectcompletiondatesbasedon <br />reliableinformationtokeepprojectsonschedule. <br />CED’smanagementstaffcarefullyallocatesthefirm’s <br />resources to address the constantly shifting market <br />demandforprojects.Wepromoteamanagement <br />philosophythatsupportscrosstrainingourstaffto <br />prepare them to be available in short notice and to be <br />qualifiedtosupportthevarietyofdisciplineswhichhave <br />the potential to be included in City’s requested task <br />solutionsfortheirprojects.Thisenablesustomaintain <br />optimum utilization of highly trained individuals to <br />provideresourcesfor“Fast-Track”projectcompletion. <br />Thisapproachhasenabledustomaintainasteady <br />streamofprojects,whileenablingustoallocateadequate <br />resources to immediately respond to new tasks from our <br />clients. <br />Carefulprojectmanagementwillallowcurrentstaffand <br />companyworkloadstobeadjustedwithinestablished <br />schedules for each task. CED is dedicated to addressing <br />the needs of the City in a manner that is responsive, <br />budget-conscious, focused, and technically sound. <br />Projected Projects: WeholdseveralTaskOrder-based <br />contracts with federal, state, and local agencies that <br />will continue through the duration of this contract. Our <br />history of performance illustrates our ability to manage <br />multipleactivecontractsandprojectsbyfocusingon <br />communication, collaboration, and work-sharing.
