Colliers Engineering & Design   21 <br />Nicholas Fewell, CST I will serve as the <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Lead. <br />Mr.Fewellhasover14yearsoffieldand <br />management experience and serves as one of <br />CED’sleadSUEmanagers.He is responsible <br />fordirectingthedailyoperationsofourSUEsurface <br />designating and subsurface locating crews to successful <br />completion of assignments. Mr. Fewell’s responsibilities <br />includeassistingprojectmanagers,servingasclient <br />liaison, communicating with utility owners, contacting <br />state“One-Call”systems,andensuringcompliancewith <br />all CED safety and subsurface utility engineering <br />operations. <br />Jenna Martin, PE will serve as the <br />Environmental / Coastal Engineering Lead. <br />Ms. Martin has over 16 years of progressive <br />experienceinthefieldofenvironmental <br />consulting and engineering. Ms. Martin has <br />providedprojectmanagementactivitiesoverarangeof <br />projectsincludingmanagementoverpetroleum <br />hydrocarbon impacted facilities and hazardous waste- <br />impacted facilities under State cleanup contracts <br />throughout Florida. Her experience includes the design <br />and implementation of air sparge and soil vapor <br />extraction systems, in-situ chemical oxidation, and source <br />removals. Ms. Martin has assisted with remedial <br />performance evaluations and remedial action plan <br />modifications.Inaddition,Ms.Martinperformsproject <br />activities including preparation of assessment and <br />remedialdocuments,assimilationandreviewoffield <br />data, research, and reporting for various engineering <br />projects. <br />Pavel Drachev, PE will serve as the <br />Geotechnical Services Lead. With more than <br />15 years of experience with construction <br />observation and materials testing, Mr <br />Drachev’s construction experience includes <br />fieldobservationandtestingservicesrelatedto <br />earthwork; reinforcing steel observation; cast-in-place <br />concrete sampling and testing for foundations, slabs-on- <br />grade, and slabs-on-metal deck; post-installed anchor <br />installation; spread footing foundation construction; and <br />auger-cast-in-place piles. His geotechnical engineering <br />experience includes coordinating and executing <br />geotechnicalexplorationprograms,includingfield <br />observation and logging of the exploratory work (test <br />borings and test pits); assignment and execution of <br />laboratory test programs. <br />Paul Nolan, PE, CPWM will serve as the <br />Construction Engineering and Inspection <br />Services Lead. Mr. Nolan serves as the <br />National Discipline Leader of Construction <br />Engineering & Inspection and brings over 40 <br />years of experience. His in-depth knowledge includes a <br />wide range of technical pursuits, from planning and <br />design through construction completion and occupancy. <br />Someprojectsincludeheavyhighwaydesignand <br />construction, bridgework, parks and recreation, building/ <br />structure rehabilitation, hydraulic water/wastewater <br />systems, design/construction management, and <br />consultation with private as well as public organizations. <br />He also has supervised the evaluation, planning, design, <br />and construction management for numerous public <br />worksprojects.Mr.Nolan’sdutiesasDepartment <br />Managerincludesupervisinginspectionstaffand <br />construction managers and contracting administration <br />staffforthesatelliteofficesofthefirm. <br />Maisie Peters will serve as the Grant <br />Writing Lead. Ms. Peters is a Senior Grant <br />Writer with 3 years of experience. In her role, <br />she works with public sector clients to <br />manage the full grant lifecycle, from funding <br />opportunityidentificationthroughgrantadministration <br />and closeout. She collaborates with internal and external <br />stakeholders to identify relevant grant and loan funding <br />sources, develop competitive applications, manage <br />communications with funding agencies, and ensure <br />compliance with grant award requirements.
