He understands <br />theimportanceofaligningprojectdeliverywithbondcompliance,community <br />expectations,andCityobjectives—ensuringtransparency,fiscalresponsibility, <br />and timely execution across all phases of program implementation. <br />Key Projects <br />Stormwater Infrastructure and Associated Roadway Improvements, City of <br />Miami, FL <br />Mr.Collings-BonfillservedastheroadwayprojectmanagerfortheEdgewater <br />Stormwater Improvements Design Criteria Package for stormwater <br />infrastructureandassociatedroadwayimprovements.Thisincludednewand <br />upsized stormwater inlets and pipes, lining of existing outfall pipes, stormwater <br />pumpstationwithinjectionwells,roadwayreconstruction,millingand <br />resurfacing,ADAramps,signageandpavementmarkings.Theprojectlimits <br />are bounded by NE 24th Street on the North, NE 22nd Street to the South, NE <br />4thAvenuetotheWest,andBiscayneBaytotheEast.Thestormwaterpump <br />station location is anticipated in the vicinity of NE 4th Avenue and NE 23rd <br />Terrace. <br />Village of Biscayne Park Drainage Improvements, Biscayne Park, FL <br />Scope consisted of providing design-build professional engineering services <br />for the design, permitting, and limited construction services of stormwater <br />improvementswithintheBiscayneParkNeighborhood.Theprojectisbounded <br />by NW 89th Court (West), NW 167th Street (North), NW 87th Court (East), <br />andNW166thTerrace(South).Theprojectincludesapproximately3,500LF <br />of roadway milling and resurfacing, and approximately 2,600 LF of drainage <br />improvements,includingHDPEpipesandexfiltrationtrench. <br />Doral Cultural Arts Center, Doral, FL <br />ThedesignandconstructionofDoral’sfirstdedicated,culturalartsfacilityat <br />DowntownDoralPark.TheDoralCulturalArtsPavilionwillservetocelebrate <br />the unique culture of Doral, as well as the variety of cultures, arts, and <br />experiences embraced by the city’s residents.
