Mr. Ehrhart <br />serves as the Principal for this contract. <br />City of Tampa Professional Engineering Services for Survey and <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) <br />City of Tampa, FL <br />CED provided Quality Level A and B subsurface utility investigations. Quality <br />Level A involves the use of nondestructive digging equipment at critical points <br />to allow for survey of the horizontal and vertical position of underground <br />utilities, as well as the type, size, condition, material, and other characteristics. <br />Quality Level B involves the use of surface geophysical techniques to determine <br />the existence and horizontal position of underground utilities. <br />District Wide SUE Designate, Locate and Coordination, FDOT D1 <br />Districtwide, FL <br />Performed task work orders to provide Quality Level A and B subsurface utility <br />investigations. Quality Level A involves the use of the use of nondestructive <br />digging equipment at critical points to determine the precise horizontal and <br />vertical position of underground utilities, as well as the type, size, condition, <br />material, and other characteristics. Quality Level B involves the use of surface <br />geophysical techniques to determine the existence and horizontal position of <br />underground utilities <br />Central Florida Expressway Authority, SR417 Widening from Boggy Creek <br />to Landstar Blvd <br />Venice, FL <br />CED acted as a subconsultant to Horizon Engineering Group, Inc. in support of <br />the design of highway widening and various other improvements along State <br />Route417fromLandstarBoulevardtoBoggyCreekRoad.Thesurveyscope <br />of work included planimetric mapping and digital terrain modeling of the <br />entireprojectcorridor,fromRightofWaytoRightofWayforoverfourmilesof <br />highway and cross streets.
