His duties include <br />assistingprojectmanagers,servingasaclientliaison,communicatingwith <br />utilityowners,coordinatingwithstate“One-Call”systems,andensuring <br />compliance with CED safety protocols and subsurface utility engineering <br />operations. <br /> <br />As a subsurface utility engineering investigator, Mr. Fewell has worked on <br />variousprojectsformultipledepartmentsoftransportationandclients, <br />includingFDOT,GDOT,LaDOTD,TxDOT,DUKEEnergy,Mosaic,Florida <br />Power&Light,TECOElectric,TECOPeoplesGas,KinderMorgan,FloridaGas <br />Transmission,numerousstateandlocalgovernments,contractors,theDOD, <br />and Marine and Airport Authorities. <br />Key Projects <br />District Wide SUE Designate, Locate and Coordination, FDOT District 1 <br />Districtwide, FL <br />Manage task work orders to provide Quality Level A and B subsurface utility <br />investigations. Quality Level A involves the use of the use of nondestructive <br />digging equipment at critical points to determine the precise horizontal and <br />vertical position of underground utilities, as well as the type, size, condition, <br />material, and other characteristics. Quality Level B involves the use of surface <br />geophysical techniques to determine the existence and horizontal position of <br />underground utilities. <br />Evergreen & SR 50 Casings <br />Hernando County, FL <br />CED provided QL-A and QL-B services in support of roadway design. CED was <br />tasked with locating the ends of casings for a water main, force main and <br />gravity sewer. CED utilized QL-D through QL-A services to successfully locate <br />theendofthecasingstoverifythattheirlengthsweresufficientforroadway <br />expansion along SR 50 in Hernando County. <br />Grace World Church Addition <br /> Brooksville, FL <br />Provided QLA & QLB services associated with expansion of development on <br />theChurchcampusonanapproximately13.3acreproperty.Thedevelopment <br />consists of an approximate 5,200 SF two-story building addition and an <br />approximate 8,500 SF gathering building area. <br />Reclaimed Water Transmission Main Design <br /> Braden River, FL <br />Provided designating (CI/ASCE 38-02 Quality Level B) and locating (CI/ASCE <br />38-02 Quality Level A) subsurface utility engineering and supporting survey <br />servicestomaptheundergroundutilitieswithintheprojectlimitstosupport <br />designeffortsforthereclaimedwatertransmission. <br />Education <br />Geomatics Certificate, <br />University of Florida, in <br />progress <br />BA, University of South <br />Florida, 2021 <br />AA, Hillsborough <br />Community College, 2011 <br />Professional Registrations <br />CCS <br />OSHA 10 Hr Certification <br />PowerSafe (Duke Energy) <br />IMOT <br />First Aid/CPR
