Her experience <br />includes the design and implementation of air sparge and soil vapor extraction <br />systems, in-situ chemical oxidation, and source removals. Ms. Martin has <br />assisted with remedial performance evaluations and remedial action plan <br />modifications.Inaddition,Ms.Martinperformsprojectactivitiesincluding <br />preparation of assessment and remedial documents, assimilation and review <br />offielddata,research,andreportingforvariousengineeringprojects. <br />Key Projects <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Petroleum <br />Restoration Program, Project Manager and Engineer <br />Various Cities, FL <br />TheFDEPPetroleumRestorationProgram(PRP)isastate-fundedprogramthat <br />encompasses the technical oversight and management necessary to assess <br />and remediate sites throughout the State of Florida that are contaminated <br />by discharges of petroleum and petroleum products from petroleum storage <br />systems.Thesesitesincludethosedeterminedeligibleforstate-fundedclean <br />upusingqualifiedcontractorsselectedthroughcompetitiveprocurement <br />or recommended by the property owner or responsible party and state-led <br />contractors under direct contract with the FDEP, as well as non-program <br />orvoluntarycleanupsitesfundedbyresponsibleparties.Typicalservices <br />provided under this contract included site characterization/assessment <br />activities, remedial action plan preparation, source removal, remedial action <br />construction, operation and maintenance, monitoring, and site closure <br />activities.Ms.Martinsuccessfullymanagedover90projectsinvariousstagesof <br />site assessment and remediation for numerous former and active petroleum <br />facilities.
