However, Consultant can confirm that the <br />current policy in place does provide the coverage which “broad form” property damage covered. <br />Additionally, additional named insured status is reserved for affiliates and subsidiaries, and the <br />requested change to ‘included’ accurately reflects the coverage provided. The C ity will be included as <br />an additional insured via blanket endorsement. <br /> <br />2.10.4 Professional Liability Insurance – Subject to negotiations based on Construction Project <br />Value <br />• Professional Liability Insurance including Errors and Omissions with minimum limits of ten <br />Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) per claim occurrence <br />Reason for Insurance Exceptions: <br />The revision reflects the Proposer current insurance policy language.
