Smith & Associates (CAS) has assembled a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals specifically for the City of Sunny Isles Beach's continuing professional architectural and engineering services contract. The team combines long-tenured in-house professionals with carefully selected specialty subconsultants to provide the City with comprehensive engineering, surveying, subsurface utility locates, geotechnical, and construction engineering and inspection services. 3.2 Size and Experience of Staff Pool Established in 1980, Craig A. Smith & Associates (CAS) is a well- established South Florida engineering consulting firm with approximately 55 professional, technical, and administrative personnel strategically located throughout its Deerfield Beach, Riviera Beach, and Miami Lakes offices. This local presence enables CAS to provide immediate responsiveness and readily deploy experienced personnel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, including the City of Sunny Isles Beach. CAS's multidisciplinary staff includes licensed Professional Engineers, Professional Surveyors and Mappers, construction managers, certified field inspectors, GIS specialists, CADD technicians, subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and utility locating specialists, grant specialists, and experienced administrative personnel.
