Smith, P.E. – President <br />Mr. Smith will provide executive oversight, strategic direction, and quality assurance throughout the <br />contract. He will remain actively involved to ensure adequate staffing, timely responsiveness, and client <br />satisfaction. <br /> <br />Business Unit Lead / Contract Director <br />Priscilla Morales, P.E. <br />Ms. Morales will serve as CAS's Business Unit Lead and Contract Director, providing management oversight <br />for the continuing services contract. She will work closely with the Project Manager to monitor contract <br />performance, coordinate staffing resources, oversee quality management procedures, and ensure that the <br />appropriate technical personnel are assigned to each task authorization based on project complexity and <br />workload. Her involvement provides the City with an additional level of management support and continuity <br />throughout the duration of the contract. <br /> <br />Project Manager / Engineer of Record <br />Orlando A. Rubio, P.E. <br />Mr. Rubio will serve as the City's primary point of contact and will be responsible for the day-to-day <br />coordination of all work performed under this contract. He will manage project schedules, technical <br />assignments, client communications, quality control, and coordination among all in-house disciplines and <br />specialty subconsultants. Having successfully managed previous and ongoing projects for the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach, Mr. Rubio brings valuable institutional knowledge and an understanding of the City's standards, <br />infrastructure, and expectations. <br /> <br />3.4 Core Technical Team (Prime) <br />Team Member Function <br />Stephen C.
