<br />Services: Scope: Establishes a continuing professional services agreement to provide
<br />General Engineering Services in support of the Authority’s solid waste management
<br />facilities and infrastructure. Services will be authorized on a task-order basis and may
<br />include engineering studies, planning and feasibility evaluations, design and
<br />preparation of construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, and
<br />permitting coordination. Assignments may involve landfill systems, transfer stations,
<br />recycling facilities, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, environmental
<br />controls, site improvements, and other operational support projects. The consultant will provide multidisciplinary coordination, regulatory
<br />compliance support, and construction-phase services—including submittal review, responses to RFIs, field observations, and closeout
