<br />Bijan brings more than 28 years of progressive experience in the engineering and

<br />continuing professional services agreement provides Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
<br />(MEP) engineering support for County facilities on an as-needed, task-order basis. Services
<br />may include system evaluations, engineering studies, preparation of design documents and
<br />cost estimates, permitting coordination, and multidisciplinary integration for renovations,
<br />upgrades, repairs, and new construction. Construction-phase services may include submittal review, RFI responses, site observations,
<br />and close out support to ensure compliance with County standards, budget constraints, and lifecycle performance objectives .

<br />Palm Beach County – Solid Waste Authority: CN 25-601 General Engineering Services: Scope: Establishes a continuing
<br />professional services agreement to provide General Engineering Services in support of the Authority’s solid waste management
<br />facilities and infrastructure. Services will be authorized on a task -order basis and may include engineering studies, planning and
<br />feasibility evaluations, design and preparation of construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, and perm itting
<br />coordination. Assignments may involve landfill systems, transfer stations, recycling facilities, utility infrastructure, stormwater
<br />management, environmental controls, site improvements, and other operational support projects. The consultant will provide
<br />multidisciplinary coordination, regulatory compliance support, and construction-phase services—including submittal review, responses
<br />to RFIs, field observations, and closeout documentation—to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with

<br />Florida Department of Corrections – Vending Pavilion Building Structures, 96 Locations, FL. Scope: Project providing structural and
<br />electrical engineering services for the design and implementation of standardized vending pavilion structures across multiple correctional
<br />facilities statewide.Services include structural analysis and design of pavilion foundations and superstructures, preparation of signed and
<br />sealed construction drawings and calculations, and site-specific adaptations to address varying soil conditions, wind loads, and code
<br />requirements. Electrical engineering services include power distribution design, panel schedules, load calculations, lighting layouts,
<br />grounding, and coordination with existing facility infrastructure to ensure safe and code-compliant integration. The scope also includes
