Our <br />services included determining the load carrying capacity of the existing mezzanine floor framing and <br />providing design to strengthen the existing wood mezzanine floor framing and its connection to the <br />main building structure for the mezzanine floor to be utilized as office space for meeting rooms. <br />Retail Potable Water and Wastewater Master Plan RFQ, Various Broward County, FL-Project Manager. <br />MUE is the structural engineering consultant for this master plan contract. Thus far, we have provided <br />structural observations and assessments for twenty existing wastewater pumping stations and six water <br />repump stations located throughout Broward County. MUE provided a structural condition rating, a <br />description of our findings and assessment for each station observed. <br />Torry Island Seawall & Walkway, Belle Glade, Florida – Project Engineer – MUE’s role on this project was <br />to structurally design a new 800ft long new bulkhead/seawall structure and concrete boardwalk structure. <br />Additionally, MUE engineered foundations and anchor points to secure floating dock structures designed <br />by another company. <br />Pelmad Industrial Park-Pump Station Improvements, Medley, Florida-Project Manager. MUE provided <br />structural design and engineering related to the rehabilitation of an existing pump station structure. <br />Services include control panel foundation slab, generator foundation slab, valve vault enclosure and <br />structural restoration related to the wet well. <br />Consulting Services for Port Everglades, Hollywood, FL-Project Engineer. A member of the team for the <br />continuing services for civil engineering related to Port Everglades. Our current scope of work includes <br />assessments, upgrades, and modifications to the Port Seacor building. <br />I&B Medical Offices, Pompano Beach, Florida-Project Manager. This project involves the structural <br />design of two separate 1-story buildings in Pompano Beach, Florida, with a combined gross area of <br />16,536 square feet. One building is designed to serve as a senior center and medical office, while the <br />other is constructed as a shell building for future use. Both buildings utilize tilt-wall panels and hollow <br />core plank framing, ensuring cost-effective, durable construction with flexibility for future adaptations. <br />Wellington Sports Complex, Wellington, Florida-Project Manager. Our role for this ongoing project is <br />structural design and engineering for a new 90,000sf, one-story community sport complex building and <br />a detached and structurally independent 6,000sf enclosed batting cage building. The sports complex <br />gymnasium facility includes fitness area, indoor courts, locker rooms, gym, offices, commercial kitchen <br />& small café and tenant buildouts for chiropractor and physical therapy. <br />Sawgrass to Seagrass Center, Deerfield Beach, Florida-Project Manager. MUE is a member of the team <br />for the structural design of a new 17,000sf public facility center in Deerfield Beach. The ground floor <br />features an open parking garage and office spaces, while the second floor includes open terrace <br />areas, a new community center and an exhibition space.
