<br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Coral Springs Westside Maintenance Facility, Coral Springs, FL- Project Manager. Our office is a member
<br />of the team for this RFQ as a sub-consultant. The project involved an interior and exterior remodel of a
<br />maintenance facility, including the reinforcement of building components to meet the latest FBC
<br />standards. Additionally, the scope included the addition of new interior mezzanine levels for offices ,
<br />installation of new stairs and elevators and the construction of exterior steel canopies and generator
<br />foundations to modernize the facility, improve functionality and ensure compliance.
<br />Federal Reserve Bank, Cafeteria Kitchen and Servery Remodel, Miami, Florida-Project Manager. Our role
<br />for this project was to provide structural engineering and design related to the remodel and updates to
<br />the cafeteria, dining room and kitchen areas. The structural scope encompasses several key elements,
<br />including the closure of the existing roof openings, a thorough analysis of the existing roof structure to
<br />accommodate new rooftop units, and the selective removal and replacement of the slab on grade as
<br />necessitated by the installation of new plumbing systems.
<br />Wastewater Storm Pump Station, Coconut Creek, Florida-Project Manager. MUE provided structural
<br />design and engineering of the concrete structure of a new storm water pump station for Broward
<br />County.
<br />Water Treatment Plant, Boca Raton, Florida-Project Manager-MUE provided structural design and
<br />engineering related to a new one-story compliance building as well as modifications and restoration of
<br />the lift pump station and enclosures for the City of Boca Raton.
<br />Consulting Services for Port Everglades, Hollywood, FL-Sr. Project Manager. Member of the team for the
<br />continuing services for civil engineering related to Port Everglades. Our current scope of work includes
<br />assessments, upgrades, and modifications to the Port Seacor building.
<br />Coral Springs Fire Station #95, Coral Springs, Florida - Project Manager – Our involvement on this project
<br />was to participate in the structural design of a new ~11,000 sf one-story fire station. MUEngineers, Inc.
<br />was a member of the team for the City of Coral Springs RFP, as a sub-consultant.
<br />The Lord’s Place, West Palm Beach, Florida-Project Manager. Structural design of a new outreach facility
<br />in West Palm Beach. The two-story, 25,000sf structure consists of a cafeteria, kitchen, outdoor open
<br />garden, private office spaces, meeting rooms, conference room and operational facilities.
<br />Secret Woods Park, Fort Lauderdale, Florida-Project Manager. MUEngineers, Inc. was involved in the
<br />structural design of an elevated wood walkway, deck, and two-story observation platform. MUE
<br />provided details of precast concrete piles, aluminum C-section girders bolted to the precast concrete
<br />piles, and wood truss tie-downs.
