Smith & Associates (CAS) believes the success of a <br />continuing professional services contract depends on three <br />fundamental principles: responsive service, experienced <br />professionals, and practical solutions. While many firms can <br />provide engineering services, CAS distinguishes itself through a <br />stable, long-tenured staff, executive involvement, in-house <br />multidisciplinary capabilities, and a client-focused approach <br />developed through more than four decades of serving Florida <br />municipalities. Our medium-sized organizational structure allows <br />us to combine the technical resources of a larger firm with the <br />responsiveness, accessibility, and personalized attention typically <br />associated with a smaller consulting practice. <br /> <br /> <br />4.2 Suitability of Methodologies and Approaches Used in <br />Achieving Tasks <br />Every project begins with a clear understanding of the City's <br />objectives rather than a predetermined engineering solution. <br /> <br />GENERAL PROJECT APPROACH <br /> <br />CAS will utilize a phased approach towards assisting clients in <br />problem solving and for implementation of assigned projects.
