The most important aspect of these two (2) methods is that the data <br />collected is completely quantifiable and eliminates any misinterpretations. <br /> <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL <br /> <br />Quality control throughout the project duration is handled by means of a check and balance system and <br />through the team’s client relationships we form during the project providing continuous open, often face-to- <br />face and honest lines of communication. CAS conducts weekly QA/QC meetings in-house every Monday to <br />ensure the projects are on schedule and within budget. The CAS process will be methodical and timely in <br />approach. The established goals identified in the project initiation will be implemented throughout the design, <br />construction and close-out phase of each project. <br /> <br />Members of the CAS Project Team will meet regularly to establish consistent quality review framework. <br /> <br />• Quality Standards are fundamental to the success of the project. Our approach begins at project initiation with a comprehensive kick-off meeting <br />involving the City, key stakeholders, regulatory agencies, utility providers, and the CAS project team. During <br />this meeting, project objectives, milestones, permitting requirements, review timeframes, utility <br />coordination, and construction sequencing are identified and incorporated into a detailed project schedule <br />that serves as the roadmap for project delivery. <br /> <br />Throughout the design phase, CAS actively monitors progress against established milestones using <br />milestone tracking, action item logs, and critical path management techniques. Project schedules are <br />updated regularly to reflect permitting activities, agency reviews, client comments, utility coordination, and <br />other project-specific requirements. Monthly progress meetings and written status reports keep the City <br />informed of completed tasks, upcoming milestones, potential schedule impacts, and recommended <br />corrective actions. When conditions warrant, additional coordination meetings are conducted to resolve <br />issues promptly and maintain project momentum. <br /> <br />CAS places significant emphasis on identifying potential schedule risks early in the project. Whether related <br />to permitting, utility conflicts, regulatory agency reviews, right-of-way constraints, or unforeseen field <br />conditions, our project managers work proactively with the City and project stakeholders to develop practical <br />solutions before delays affect the overall project schedule.
