Proven in Practice. <br />36 <br />CURRENT WORKLOAD <br />Cummins Cederberg maintains a fully staffed coastal and marine engineering practice capable of supporting <br />multiple complex projects concurrently without impacts to schedule or quality. Our capacity includes more than 90 <br />professionals across marine structural engineering, coastal engineering, environmental science, GIS, permitting, grant <br />administration, and construction administration. Current workload levels are stable and appropriately staffed, and <br />projected workloads are actively evaluated to maintain availability for new assignments. Workload and staffing levels <br />are managed using Deltek Vantagepoint, allowing resources to be aligned effectively and the City’s projects to be <br />performed without disruption.
