<br />Belltower Consulting Group, LLC. will provide Grant Management for this contract. BellTower's team
<br />of highly skilled grant writers brings a collective experience exceeding 75 years, specializing in identifying
<br />funding priorities, monitoring funding sources, and designing competitive grant proposals for projects of all
<br />sizes. They have helped clients secure more than $150 million in Federal, State, Local, and Private grant
<br />funding across diverse program areas including transportation, infrastructure, environmental protection, and
<br />public safety.
<br />Botas Engineering will provide Structural Engineering for this contract. Botas is a full-service structural
<br />engineering firm that has been providing engineering support to the public and private sector in South Florida
<br />for the past 30 years. Our professional services and experience includes design, analysis, remedial repairs
<br />and inspections (including Threshold Inspections) of commercial,residential, recreational, schools, airport,
<br />port, drainage, and highway structures.
<br />GCES Engineering Services, LLC will provide Geotechnical Engineering on this contract. GCES was
<br />established in 2012 with the objective of providing the highest Geotechnical, Construction Materials Testing
<br />and Engineering Services in and around South Florida. The company stands behind this claim. All GCES

<br />GIT Consulting, LLC will provide Sea Level Rise expertise for this contract. The firm offers civil and
<br />environmental engineering design and consulting services that support the full engineering cycle, including
<br />land development, regional watershed management, and hydrology. GIT applies a multidisciplinary approach
<br />to watershed planning, environmental protection, stormwater drainage, and level-of-service analysis under
<br />current and future climate change and sea level rise conditions.
<br />GSLA Design will provide Landscape Architecture for this contract. GSLA has been one of South Florida’s
<br />leading landscape architectural firms for over 40 years. We have the ability and experience to perform the
<br />consulting work required for the City of Sunny Isles. We have served a wide variety of public and private
<br />clients, with projects including streetscapes, parks, government buildings, new communities, schools,
<br />condominiums, and commercial centers throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties.
<br />As LEED certified professionals, we are cognizant of sustainability issues and the need to have every project
<br />maintain its aesthetic qualities in perpetuity. Our experience with proper maintainable design, South Florida
<br />plant material and installation techniques allows this to occur.
