The <br />project also included final construction documents for NW South River Drive Reconstruction <br />From NW 72nd Ave to NW 74 Street. The scope included designing sidewalks, road <br />improvements, signs, pavement markings, approximately 3,000 LF of new 12-inch watermain <br />design, storwmwater drainage system and an opinion of cost. <br />Biscayne Point Neighborhood ROW Improvement <br />CLIENT City of Miami Beach | ROLE Project Manager <br />Project Manager for the Biscayne Point Neighborhood ROW Improvement Project. The project <br />encompassed water main replacements and improvements for under sized piping and to <br />improve fire protection capabilities, targeted streetscape, and stormwater infrastructure <br />improvements. <br />Design Criteria Package for Vista Park Soccer Field Replacement; <br />CLIENT City of Weston | ROLE Project Manager <br />Project Manager for a Design Criteria Package for the replacement and expansion of two (2) <br />recreational soccer sports fields located at Vista Park in Weston FL. The City intended to <br />implement this project using the design-build project delivery method. Each existing field had <br />an overall dimension of approximately 120 yards (yds) x 85 yds and an effective playing <br />surface of approximately 110 yds x 70 yds. The goals and objectives of the project was to <br />increase the effective playing surface to 115 yds x 70 yds and replace the existing sod ground <br />cover with an artificial turf surface that incorporates an organic infill material. <br />Florida Memorial University, Multipurpose Athletic Field <br />CLIENT Nyarko Architectural Group | ROLE Project Manager <br />Project Manager for providing professional engineering design services for the preparation of <br />construction documents for an Mutlitpurpose Athletic Field for FMU at Miami Gardens.
