<br />Mr. Sanchez has 34 years of experience in the construction management and inspection of civil
<br />works including cargo yards, wharf improvements, parking areas, roadways, bridges, reinforced
<br />earth walls, landscape installations, and miscellaneous structures. Other projects include mass
<br />transit, buildings, parking garages, public works utilities, and Management of Asset Maintenance
<br />Contracts. Orlando’s experience also encompasses preparing final estimate submittals and

<br />CLIENT GMX | ROLE Project Manager
<br />Project Manager overseeing construction projects within the General Engineering Contract. Key
<br />elements of the work program include: Implementation of cashless Open Road Tolls, system
<br />expansion, managed lanes – variable toll within a toll, and improving mobility of the GMX
<br />transportation system. Mr. Sanchez manages both traditional and “Push Button” contracts.
<br />“Push Button” contracts are work order driven contracts designed to expedite small projects that
<br />need immediate attention, i.e. – projects requiring repair, maintenance, or improvements. Assist
<br />GMX staff with the management of the Asset Maintenance Contract, to oversee bridge and sign
<br />structures repairs, maintenance of roadway components such as guardrail, attenuators,
<br />drainage structures, pavement, signage, striping, barrier walls, lighting, and landscaping.

<br />CLIENT PortMiami | ROLE Project Manager
<br />Project Manager overseeing construction projects within the General Engineering Contract for
<br />the $142+ million five-year work program in the Port of Miami. Work involved infrastructure
<br />improvements such as construction of roadways with flyover, utility upgrades, marine and cargo
<br />facilities, demolition of existing buildings, construction on a new parking garage, and security
<br />enhancements. Review of construction test reports for soil density, concrete, asphalt, and
<br />dewatering test results for compliance with NPDES requirements. Managed projects from initial
<br />construction through final acceptance. Monitored all phases of construction, i.e., auger cast pile
<br />installation, precast structure erection, drainage, including deep injection wells, sewer force
<br />main and lift station construction, building demolition with hazardous material removal, drilled
<br />shaft installation, mechanically stabilized reinforced earth wall (MSREW) construction, flyover
<br />inspections for substructure and superstructure, and maintenance of traffic.

<br />CLIENT Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise | ROLE Senior Roadway Inspector
<br />Sr. Roadway Inspector responsible for generating Weekly, Summary Report of contractor’s daily
<br />activities, performed QA verification testing on concrete placement for drilled shaft construction
<br />and HAR signs foundations. Work involves installation of ITS system including fiber optic
<br />conduits, splice vault; pull boxes, grounding rods, 48” Dia. Drilled shafts, four HAR signs, two
<br />DMS signs, prefab communications building, computers, software programs and embankment
<br />restoration.
