The final proposal team should verify project dates, values, ECF’s prime-consultant status, and <br />reference availability before selecting the three projects used to satisfy the Minimum Qualification <br />Requirements. <br />Port of Palm Beach Annex Property Electric and Lighting Design <br />Project Information Details <br />Client Port of Palm Beach District <br />Location Riviera Beach, Florida <br />Dates September 2020 to Current <br />Project / Construction Value $375,000 <br />Client Contact Ron Coddington, P.E., Port Engineer; 561-383-4133 office; 561-253-4813 cell <br /> <br />The Port retained ECF directly to design a complete site-lighting and electrical power-distribution system <br />for an annex laydown and storage property. ECF performed the site assessment, coordinated operating <br />and safety requirements with Port staff, prepared load calculations, circuiting, panel schedules, conduit <br />routing, fixture layouts, and technical specifications, and coordinated the proposed electrical service with <br />the utility provider. The lighting design addressed nighttime operations, energy efficiency, maintainability, <br />and compliance with the Florida Building Code and National Electrical Code. Deliverables included signed <br />and sealed construction drawings and specifications suitable for bidding and construction. <br />Relevance to Sunny Isles Beach: This assignment is closely aligned with Sunny Isles Beach park, parking- <br />lot, public-works, and street-lighting task orders. It demonstrates ECF’s ability to field-verify an operating <br />public property, translate operational needs into a buildable design, coordinate utility service, and deliver <br />exterior electrical systems intended for demanding South Florida conditions. <br />William F.
