A P P R O A C H <br />Our Design Philosophy <br />Complex problems are not solved in a straight line. We ask questions before we draw, we brainstorm broadly, and we work back and forth — <br />testing, discarding, listening, refining. What holds that process together is a fixed centre: every decision is measured against the client’s <br />needs. Certainty is not assumed at the outset; it is earned, narrowing with each cycle until intent, budget and programme converge on a single <br />target. <br />THE CYCL E — EVERY STAGE MEAS UR ED AGAINS T CLIENT NEE DS <br />WE DO NOT GO STRAIGHT FROM A TO B <br />Six stages, and the arrows run both ways. Research sends us back to <br />redefine the need; feedback sends us back to develop. That looping is <br />deliberate — it is where cost and risk are removed, long before anything is <br />built. <br />CLIENT N E ED S SIT AT THE CEN TRE <br />Not the design, not the schedule, not our preferences. Every stage is <br />checked against what the client actually needs from the building, and the <br />loop closes only when the answer is yes. <br />GATE WAY REVIEW — THE GATE BETW EEN PHAS ES <br />NOTHING ADVANCE S WITHOUT A DECISION <br />A Gateway Review separates every phase.
