Her work spans luxury retail <br />fit-outs, pop-ups, fixture production, window displays, visual <br />merchandising, and multi-location rollouts for internationally <br />recognized brands. <br />She maintains direct working relationships with luxury brand teams, Chinese manufacturers, specialty <br />fabricators, and material suppliers, coordinating projects from concept and procurement through <br />fabrication, installation, and final delivery. Her experience managing cross-border teams and supply <br />chains has developed a strong understanding of how design intent, cost, schedule, quality, and <br />constructability must remain aligned throughout the project. <br />Her expertise includes product sourcing, material procurement, custom fixture fabrication, vendor <br />coordination, and quality control, often within the compressed schedules and exacting standards <br />characteristic of luxury retail.
