Dempsey is the founder and principal of Eric Dempsey Architect, <br />LLC, a South Florida–based architecture and interior design practice <br />grounded in thoughtful design, technical rigor, and direct principal <br />involvement. He brings more than two decades of experience spanning <br />civic, commercial, hospitality, workplace, retail, and research <br />environments, including twelve years living and working in China and <br />delivering projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region. <br />A licensed Architect in Florida, New York, Washington, DC, and Arkansas, Eric is also a Florida <br />Licensed Interior Designer, NCARB Certificate holder, LEED Accredited Professional, and Construction <br />Documents Technologist. His work combines architectural design, interior environments, digital <br />modeling, visualization, and environmental analysis with a strong emphasis on constructability, <br />coordination, and the long-term performance of the built environment. <br />More than a decade in China’s fast-paced commercial design-build environment shaped a <br />pragmatic, cost-conscious approach to project delivery—balancing creative ambition with schedule, <br />budget, constructability, and client objectives. Since returning to South Florida, Eric has applied that <br />experience to civic and commercial work, including the Golden Beach Wellness Center, where he <br />serves as Lead Architect through design and construction.
