Task Order <br />Authorization <br />Coordinate with City staff to define project scope, schedule, budget, <br />and deliverables. <br />2. Site Assessment <br />& Data Collection <br />Perform field investigations, site visits, environmental assessments, <br />surveys, and collect existing information. <br />3. Technical <br />Evaluation <br />Analyze existing conditions, identify constraints, and develop <br />engineering recommendations. <br />4. Agency <br />Coordination & <br />Permitting <br />Coordinate with regulatory agencies and prepare permit applications, <br />supporting documentation, and responses to agency comments as <br />required. <br />5. Design & <br />Documentation <br />Prepare technical reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and <br />construction documents appropriate for the task assignment. <br />6. Bidding & <br />Construction <br />Support <br />Provide bidding assistance, respond to contractor inquiries, review <br />submittals, conduct site observations, and provide construction phase <br />services as authorized. <br />7. Project Closeout Complete final documentation, record drawings (if applicable), and <br />coordinate project closeout with the City.
