The marina provides protected dockage with <br />convenient access to the Intracoastal Waterway and <br />Atlantic Ocean, while the property continues to evolve <br />through strategic improvements that enhance its long <br />term functionality, resiliency, and guest experience. <br /> <br />Edgewater provided comprehensive due diligence and <br />planning services to support future redevelopment <br />opportunities at the site. Services included topographic, <br />photogrammetric, and bathymetric surveys to document <br />existing conditions, evaluation of stormwater and <br />drainage improvements, zoning research and permitting <br />history reviews, seawall inspections with detailed <br />photographic documentation, and development of <br />high level master planning alternatives.
