In addition to standard ERP and federal permitting pathways, Edgewater Group routinely <br />supports disaster response permitting and FEMA funded recovery projects following <br />storm events. We have secured emergency authorizations for storm damaged marina <br />infrastructure, including permits for Marker 1 Marina and Fish Tale Marina in approximately <br />60 days. Where appropriate, we also utilize streamlined USACE pathways, including <br />Nationwide Permit 3 for repair and maintenance activities, to expedite approvals for <br />eligible projects. Edgewater has significant experience coordinating the engineering, <br />permitting, and documentation required for FEMA Public Assistance reimbursement, <br />including hurricane recovery efforts for the Cities of Titusville and Sanford. <br /> <br />For navigation dredging and sediment management projects, Edgewater is currently <br />supporting the City of Sanford with the removal of sediment deposited by Hurricane Ian. <br />To accelerate approvals and improve constructability, our team is evaluating historical <br />maintenance dredging authorizations and sediment disposal strategies, including offshore <br />disposal where appropriate.
