RFQ 26-07-01 Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services Forefront Architecture and Engineering City of Sunny Isles Beach 10 Understanding of Project Issues and Tasks Forefront recognizes that assignments under a continuing services contract may involve a wide range of architectural and engineering needs. Each project will require an understanding of existing conditions, applicable codes and regulations, permitting requirements, budget limitations, operational needs, and the City’s desired schedule Our team will begin each assignment by confirming these requirements with the City and identifying potential challenges that could affect design, permitting, cost, or schedule. This proactive approach allows Forefront to develop practical solutions while keeping the City’s priorities at the center of the project. Leadership and Accountability Each task order will be managed by a dedicated project manager supported by senior technical leadership and local staff as appropriate. The project manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication, accessibility, and coordination. Oversight will be provided by experienced licensed professionals, with additional support from Forefront’s team of architects, engineers, drafting specialists, and QA/ QC resources Past Performance Forefront’s approach to project delivery emphasizes responsiveness, communication, technical quality, and accountability. Our team works closely with clients throughout the project to understand their objectives, address challenges, and deliver coordinated professional services. References provided with the project list will allow the City to evaluate Forefront’s past performance and experience directly with owners and representatives familiar with our work. Relevant Project Experience Forefront will provide a project list demonstrating the firm’s relevant experience and past performance. The project list will include the project name, location, description of services provided, completion status, and the name, address, and telephone number of the owner or owner’s representative familiar with the work. The project examples selected for this section will demonstrate Forefront’s experience with projects that are relevant to the City’s anticipated needs, including architectural design, engineering services, permitting, renovation and improvement projects, coordination with public agencies, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
