Lennard brings disciplined leadership and strong front-end planning, with a focus on <br />programming, stakeholder coordination, and translating project requirements into clear, budget-conscious <br />design solutions. Minel supports day-to-day project coordination, document production, and delivery of <br />permit-ready construction documents. She works closely with architectural and engineering teams to <br />maintain alignment across disciplines, support efficient review cycles, and ensure consistent progress <br />through design and construction. Together, they provide a structured and responsive approach suited <br />to projects for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Lennard Davis, RA, LEED Minel Gonzalez <br />Project Director, Lead Architect Project Manager, Interiors <br />Lennard Davis, RA, brings 28 years of experience <br />leading public sector and educational facility projects, <br />with a focus on renovation, new construction, and <br />phased delivery within active environments . He <br />leads programming, stakeholder coordination, <br />and design direction, ensuring projects align with <br />client requirements, budget constraints, and code <br />compliance from the outset . His experience includes <br />K-12 and institutional projects ranging from targeted <br />facility upgrades to large-scale campus developments . <br />For Lake County Schools, Lennard is leading the <br />design and delivery of a modular field-house facility, <br />coordinating with district stakeholders from concept <br />through permit-ready construction documents and <br />construction-phase services .
