<br />City of Kissimmee, Haven on Vine Affordable Housing Initiative, Kissimmee, FL: Lennard Davis served as the Project Architect for the City of Kissimmee’s Haven on Vine Affordable Housing Initiative, a redevelopment project transforming a former Super 8 Motel into a mixed-use affordable housing complex. The project provides 123 units, including emergency housing and affordable apartments, supporting low, very low, and moderate-income residents. Lennard played a key role in architectural design and planning, ensuring that the phased redevelopment aligned with modern building standards, structural integrity, and community needs. His work encompassed housing conversion, infrastructure upgrades, and community enhancements.w
<br />Lake County, Design Supervisor of Elections Buildings, Tavares, FL: Lennard serves as the Lead Architect. Forefront is the prime consultant for the architectural and engineering design for a state-of-the-art Supervisor of Elections Facility, totaling 40,000 sq ft.
<br />Lee County, Design for New Facilities at Pine Island Commercial Marina, St. James City, FL: Lennard serves as a supporting project architect. The project encompasses a diverse range of structures and amenities designed to support the marina’s daily operations and provide essential services to the public. The scope of work included the following key components: a mobile county staff office trailer, a permanent storage shed for marina supplies, and a mobile public restroom trailer, alongside meticulously constructed concrete pads for accessibility and utility connections. Extending beyond mere functionality, the design also included extended areas for communal use, such as picnic setups, emphasizing the project’s alignment with federal, state, and local standards.
<br />Washoe County, Regional Emergency Operations Center (REOC) Reno, NV: Lennard Davis served as the Project Manager and Architect for the Washoe County Regional Emergency Operations Center (REOC), a 28,000-square-foot facility designed to support State, County, and City personnel in responding to natural disasters and emergency events in Northern Nevada. His role encompassed project coordination, architectural design, and oversight of critical infrastructure planning to ensure a secure, resilient, and highly functional facility. The REOC includes secure coordination rooms, robust communications systems, sleeping quarters for staff, and dedicated health and logistics facilities to support extended emergency operations. Additionally, the design incorporated large garage spaces for emergency response vehicles, ensuring rapid deployment capabilities. Lennard’s leadership helped deliver a facility that meets the highest standards for emergency preparedness, security, and operational efficiency.
