RFQ 26-07-01 Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services <br />Forefront Architecture and Engineering <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />24 <br />Understanding & Approach <br />Forefront Architecture and Engineering, LLC <br />will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with a <br />collaborative and responsive approach tailored <br />to each assignment. Our process focuses <br />on understanding the City’s goals, scope, <br />budget, and schedule, followed by coordinated <br />design, verification, and timely delivery. Open <br />communication with the City’s Project Manager will <br />be maintained throughout each project to ensure <br />successful outcomes.signment meets the City’s <br />needs and expectations. <br />Suitability of the Methodologies and <br />Approaches Used in Achieving Tasks <br />Forefront’s methodology is designed to be flexible <br />and responsive to the City’s varying project <br />needs. Each assignment will begin with a clear <br />understanding of the scope and desired outcomes, <br />followed by coordinated design, quality control, <br />and review at key milestones. This approach <br />allows our team to identify potential issues early, <br />maintain consistency across disciplines, and <br />provide practical, cost-effective solutions that <br />meet applicable requirements and the City’s <br />expectations. <br />Overall Organization to Completing <br />the Project <br />We will assign a dedicated Project Manager to <br />serve as the primary point of contact with the <br />City and oversee each assignment from initiation <br />through completion. The Project Manager will <br />coordinate the appropriate architectural and <br />engineering professionals, establish responsibilities <br />and milestones, monitor progress, and maintain <br />communication with the City. <br />Work Plan Explaining How Deadlines Will <br />Be Met <br />A project-specific work plan will be developed <br />with the City’s Project Manager to identify key <br />tasks, deliverables, milestones, and completion <br />dates. The Project Manager will monitor progress, <br />coordinate team members, and communicate <br />regularly with the City to keep each assignment on <br />schedule. Potential delays will be identified early <br />so that resources and priorities can be adjusted <br />as needed to maintain established deadlines while <br />ensuring complete and accurate deliverables. <br />Tab 4: Approach/ Methodology <br />Complaint Handling and Communication <br />Minel Gonzalez will serve as Project Manager <br />and primary point of contact for all task orders. <br />Complaints and concerns will <br />be promptly addressed and, <br />when necessary, brought to <br />the City’s Project Manager with <br />a recommended resolution. <br />A centralized system will track schedules, <br />deliverables, milestones, and outstanding issues to <br />ensure consistent communication <br />and accountability. <br />Use of Microsoft Project <br />Forefront AE uses Microsoft Project to plan, monitor, and manage all project <br />milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. The platform allows our Project <br />Manager to track progress in real time, identify critical path activities, and adjust <br />resources as needed to maintain schedule alignment. Regular schedule updates <br />generated through Microsoft Project are shared with the County to ensure full <br />transparency and proactive management throughout the project.
