Our structured approach, experienced team, and proven track record ensure we deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. −Extensive Experience: Forefront currently holds over 15 ongoing municipal continuing contracts, where we have effectively managed task orders and successfully completed projects. Feedback from our clients consistently highlights our responsiveness and professionalism, demonstrating our ability to exceed expectations across multiple engagements. −Project Management Team: Minel Gonzalez, will serve as the Project Manager for this contract, supported by oversight from our Vice President of Architecture, Lennard Davis, RA. −Resource Allocation and Quality Control: Roberto Bonet, Production Manager, oversees the workload of our CAD Technicians, Drafters, and Revit Modelers, ensuring efficient resource allocation for the technical team assigned. As the first step in our Quality Control (QC) process, he upholds Forefront’s rigorous quality standards on every task order. −Robust Technical Support: Our skilled pool of designers and drafters provides the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, allowing us to meet the District’s needs promptly without compromising quality. −Commitment to Communication: We prioritize transparent and proactive communication to ensure alignment with the project goals, expectations, and deadlines.
