His deep understanding of civil <br />infrastructure allows him to provide efficient and compliant <br />engineering solutions. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />Groundwater Under the Direct Influence of Surface Water (GWUDI) <br />Water Treatment Plant, Miami-Dade County Water & Sewer <br />Department (MDWASD) (Miami-Dade County, FL) <br />Mr. Compres supervised the structural design of a 196 MGD water <br />treatment plant in Miami-Dade County. He played a critical role in <br />designing key structures, including a 5-million-gallon low-service pump <br />station, a 32,000 SF chlorination building, a 20,000 SF main electrical <br />building, pressurized filter tanks, and a nano-filtration process building, <br />totaling over 132,000 SF of construction. <br />Medley Commercial Center Parking lot and Seawall repairs <br />(Medley, FL) <br />Mr. Compres conducted a structural assessment of the existing parking <br />lot and seawall at the Medley Commercial Center. His responsibilities <br />included preparing a detailed report outlining the current conditions, <br />developing repair details for the parking lot, and providing seawall <br />stabilization recommendations based on visual inspection. An <br />approximate cost estimate was also prepared for each proposed repair <br />solution. <br />City of Hollywood Water Treatment Plant Building Certification <br />(Hollywood, FL) <br />As Engineer of Record, Mr. Compres supervised the structural and <br />electrical inspections for the 40-Year Recertification report of the 4-story <br />administration building at the City of Hollywood Water Treatment Plant. <br />This was done in compliance with the Broward County 40-Year <br />Certification requirements.
