<br />SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED SERVICES
<br />To best serve the City of Sunny Isles Beach for Discipline 6 – Environmental/Coastal Engineering, GEI off ers the full range of
<br />services identified in the RFQ, including:

<br />Environmental studies,
<br />monitoring, and reporting
<br />Extensive experience conducting environmental assessments, monitoring programs,
<br />ecological evaluations, water quality studies, and environmental reporting for coastal and
<br />marine projects.
<br />Beach, marine, and intracoastal
<br />mitigation consulting
<br />Dedicated coastal and waterfront practice providing shoreline stabilization, living
<br />shorelines, beach nourishment support, habitat restoration, and coastal resilience
<br />planning.
<br />Marine engineering inspections
<br />and surveys
<br />In-house Association of Diving Contractors International, Inc. (ADCI)-certified engineer-
<br />divers, underwater inspections, structural assessments, hydrographic surveys, and
<br />condition evaluations of marine structures.
<br />Seawall consultation and coastal
<br />design
<br />Extensive experience evaluating, rehabilitating, and designing seawalls, bulkheads,
<br />revetments, breakwaters, docks, piers, and waterfront facilities.
<br />Coastal construction supervision
<br />and administration
<br />Full construction administration, QA/QC, contractor coordination, inspection, and
<br />construction observation services.
<br />Feasibility studies and resiliency
<br />evaluations
<br />Coastal vulnerability assessments, flood risk analyses, climate adaptation planning,
<br />engineering feasibility studies, and resiliency strategies.
<br />Regulatory permitting and
<br />agency coordination
<br />Proven experience obtaining permits and coordinating with United States Army Corps
<br />of Engineers (USACE), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Miami-
<br />Dade County Department of Environmental Resource Management (DERM), United States
<br />Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other regulatory agencies.
<br />Public Law 84-99 emergency
<br />recovery support
<br />Expertise in coastal damage assessments, shoreline restoration planning, emergency
<br />response support, and resilience funding strategies.
<br />Geotechnical coastal hazard
<br />assessment
<br />Access to in-house geotechnical engineers specializing in shoreline erosion, coastal
<br />foundations, waterfront structures, and subsurface investigations.
