Our multidisciplinary <br />team integrates coastal, civil, structural, environmental, and geotechnical expertise to address the technical, regulatory, and <br />constructability challenges associated with Florida's marine environments. <br />For the City of Sunny Isles Beach, GEI offers comprehensive services including environmental monitoring and mitigation, <br />environmental studies and reporting, shoreline stabilization, seawall assessment and rehabilitation, coastal engineering design, <br />permitting support, marine inspections, underwater engineering, hydrographic and bathymetric surveying, coastal modeling, <br />construction administration, and feasibility evaluations for waterfront and intracoastal projects. <br />Our extensive experience with coastal processes, environmental compliance, marine infrastructure, sea level rise adaptation, <br />and multi-agency permitting enables us to deliver resilient, cost-effective solutions that support the City’s ongoing and future <br />environmental and coastal engineering needs. <br />Workload Share: <br />• GEI will serve as the Prime Consultant and will perform more than 30% of the total contract work.
