<br />Kevin Ang is a structural engineer with over
<br />12 years of experience in waterfront and marine design, bridge
<br />design, and building design. He specializes in managing
<br />interdisciplinary project teams and delivering complex

<br />Dr. Giovanni Bonita brings 26 years of expertise in geotechnical
<br />and geostructural engineering, tunneling, and foundation
<br />systems for complex infrastructure projects. He has served
<br />as Engineer of Record for major dam rehabilitation and deep
<br />excavation projects.

<br />Kevin Buruchian has over 17 years of
<br />experience in waterfront engineering, marine
<br />facility inspection, and the design and rehabilitation of piers,
<br />bulkheads, marinas, and seawalls.
<br />Nick Bragaia, PE will serve as Project Manager for the City’s
<br />on-call environmental and coastal engineering services. Mr.
<br />Bragaia is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with more
<br />than eight years of professional experience specializing in
<br />coastal and waterfront engineering, marine infrastructure,
<br />and resiliency planning. He holds a Master of Science in Civil/
<br />Coastal Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean
<br />Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for
<br />complex marine projects. His is also an Envision Sustainability
<br />Professional (ENV SP), reflecting his commitment to
<br />incorporating sustainability, resilience, and long-term
<br />community benefits in the planning and design of coastal and
<br />waterfront infrastructure projects.
<br />As a Project Manager, Mr. Bragaia has successfully led
<br />multidisciplinary teams through feasibility studies, planning,
<br />permitting, detailed design, and construction support for
<br />public-sector coastal and marine projects. His management
<br />experience includes serving as lead coastal engineer and task
<br />manager for large, multi-agency eff ort s such as Miami-Dade
<br />County’s coastal engineering and shoreline management
<br />program, where he coordinated modeling, permitting, and
<br />design activities across approximately 13 miles of managed
<br />shoreline. He has also led dredge readiness planning, seawall
<br />replacement and shoreline protection projects, and flood
<br />resiliency studies for municipalities and federal agencies.
<br />Mr. Bragaia is experienced in managing schedules, budgets,
<br />and stakeholder coordination while maintaining clear
<br />communication with clients and regulatory agencies. His
<br />ability to translate complex technical analyses into practical,
<br />constructible solutions supports informed decision-making
<br />and timely project delivery. His background in coastal
<br />modeling, permitting strategy, and resilience-focused
<br />design makes him well suited to support the City’s
<br />infrastructure needs.
