<br />Ruben Mesa, S.I.T. (50% available) will serve as Sr. Survey Technician / Field Crew Supervisor. With over 40 years of experience, including
<br />16 years leading HADONNE field operations, Mr. Mesa oversees scheduling and coordination of field crews. He has extensive experience
<br />with MDAD, FDOT, MDWASD, and MDDTPW projects and deep familiarity with field procedures and standards.
<br />Pedro Ugas, Sr. Utility Coordinator (UC)m will serve as SUE Manager for this contract. Pedro Ugas is a distinguished professional with
<br />over thirty years of rich experience in the inspection, construction, and coordination of utilities for significant projects across the United
<br />States. His extensive background has endowed him with a profound understanding of construction processes, utility access management,
<br />and utility coordination. Mr. Ugas’s expertise is particularly notable in the realm of utility coordination and Sub-surface Utility Engineering
<br />(SUE) on Miami Dade County and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects. He leads our SUE operations, overseeing
<br />vacuum units and designation/excavation crews. He has completed a wealth of tasks for public entities in South Florida (SOFLA),
<br />including MDAD, MDDTPW, MDWASD and FDOT6, FDOT4 and Florida Turnpike. .
<br />Hermes Aguilar will serve as HADONNE Lead SUE Technician. Mr. Aguilar oversees daily SUE operations for HADONNE, scheduling field
<br />crews, providing support and performing the CADD of SUE deliverables, including Quality Level B (Designated lines) using lines and color
<br />code as per MDAD standards and the Vacuum Report (TH Reports) and table of verified utilities to be submitted to the Department. Mr.
<br />Aguilar is well-versed in using AutoCAD, Land Development desktop, Microstation V8, Geopak 2004, CAICE, MS Office Suite, TRIMBLE,
<br />Total Stations, Conventional Equipment.
<br />HADONNE is currently maintaining a steady workload and has sufficient staff, field crews, and technical resources available to successfully
<br />support this contract. Our team is eager to expand its relationship with the City and is fully committed to providing the personnel and
<br />resources necessary to deliver responsive service, meet project schedules, and produce high-quality surveying and mapping deliverables.
<br />Additionally, all HADONNE personnel assigned to this contract are thoroughly familiar with the scope of services typically associated with
<br />this surveying and mapping contract. Our Professional Surveyors and Mappers (PSMs), project managers, survey technicians, SUE
<br />specialists, CADD staff, and field crews routinely perform boundary, topographic, construction, utility, right-of-way, hydrographic, and
<br />control surveys for municipal, county, state, and aviation clients throughout South Florida. This experience enables our team to mobilize
<br />quickly, efficiently coordinate assignments, anticipate project needs, and deliver consistent, high-quality services while maintaining
<br />compliance with standards, schedules, and client expectations. Our depth of staff and resource redundancy further ensures that each
<br />assignment receives the attention, responsiveness, and technical oversight necessary for successful project execution. To support this
